Willam Haddock FENNELL applied for land in the Wellington District in 1859. He was a Skin Buyer and Horse Buyer in the 1860's. He Employed 4 Ticket of Leave Men between 1864- 1871 . He is known to have Married Caroline HUTTON in 1867 at York, with whom he had 10 Children. ( Refer WABI Cards ). FENNELL is believed to have been a Farmer in the Busselton District, being well-renowned for his Road Making Skills. He is buried in the Busselton Pioneer Cemetery.
